The house situated in a fantastic corner of the urbanisation El Paraíso enjoys panoramic views. And for this reason the villa has been conceived to have the sensation of being in constant visual contact with the exterior. A play is created through the windows and the interior courtyard of the house that gives this interior duality at all times creating an interesting play of transparencies between the spaces. Through the orientation, the pergolas and the openings, it is possible to control the sunlight in the

house without losing views or openness to the outside. In all our projects we look for an optimal distribution, prioritising the functionality of the spaces and making the most of the surface area, minimising passageways and corridors. Our aim is to achieve a functional, aesthetic, elegant and efficient design. The three "E's" that Manjón Arquitectos always keeps in mind when facing a new project.
