Villa Strack

Project for a villa on one floor plus basement, suitable for people with reduced mobility. The L-shaped villa consists of a central volume with a height of 7 m where the kitchen and living room are located. On the sides are the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The L-shape of the house shelters the swimming pool from the north wind and gives it privacy from the street. A patio gives light both to the bathroom of the master bedroom and to the living room which seems to be surrounded by nature.
