El Presidente

In this renovation of a flat in Marbella an adaptation of its surface area (250 m2) was made, creating a single space of living room, dining room and open kitchen where there were three compartmentalised spaces. The property had three bedrooms and three bathrooms and the new distribution that has been made comprises three bedrooms, a walk in closet, three bathrooms, a guest toilet, a games/study room and a utility room.

The materials used are of high quality and large format, as well as the study of lighting and false ceilings that create false perimeter beams with hidden linear LEDs that provide indirect ambient lighting. The flooring of 120 cm x 120 cm pieces gives amplitude and clarity to the space.
